The apartment complex and the reception open at 8am and close at 7 pm. After this hour, you can access the facility with a digital key.
ENTRANCE INTO THE APARTMENT
You can enter your apartment via your apartment with the digital key that you received in your e-mail.
APARTMENT HEATING
The heating system is simple to operate. All apartments have floor heating. The temperature is regulated on the screen, which is located on the wall at the entrance to the apartment.
SAFE IN THE APARTMENT
Keep your valuable things in the safe located in the apartment. You will find it in the closet. Residence Soča does not assume responsibility for your lost things or things you forgot in the apartment.
PETS
In our apartment complex, pets are welcome in the apartments specifically designated for them. We are not responsible for allergies and similar diseases caused by animals staying in the apartment. Registration of animals is mandatory when booking an apartment. The price of your pet’s stay is calculated according to the price list at the end of this document. If your pet causes any damage in the apartment or apartment complex, we will charge you for the damage. In case of unregistered stay of animals in the apartment, which is not intended for them, the provider can cancel the contract. If the animal is not registered, the guest is obliged to settle the amount of the animal’s stay in accordance with the price list.
We ask all owners to take their pets out of the apartment complex for a walk and their daily needs, and to clean up after them.
Price list for the stay of a pet
Additional surcharge of 20.00 EUR/night applies for a stay of a pet.
VISITS
Visits are allowed until 10 pm, provided that you notify the reception staff in advance. Persons who have not previously registered at the reception of Residence Soča, are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartments. In the case of the stay or overnight stay of unregistered persons, the contractual penalty amounts to EUR 400.00 per day for each unregistered person, and the guest is also obliged to settle the costs of the tourist tax for the unregistered guest, as well as to reimburse the provider for other damages caused as a result of the overnight stay of unregistered persons (possible fines in misdemeanor, inspection and other procedures).
DAMAGES AND MALFUNCTIONS
In case of any malfunction or error in your apartment, please contact the reception staff. We will make sure that the problem is solved as soon as possible.
OCCURRENCE OF DAMAGE IN THE APARTMENT OR APARTMENT COMPLEX
Please do not move the furniture in the apartments and other rooms. Upon check-in, you accept the responsibility for the apartment and its inventory. Please handle the inventory with care. In case of damage, you are obliged to settle the costs of the damage within 1 month at the latest.
As a guest of Residence Soča, you undertake to use all devices and equipment in the apartment and in the apartment complex in accordance with the general conditions and house rules, and with the care of a good owner. In the event of intentional or negligent damage to the devices or equipment of the apartment or apartment complex, you are obliged to reimburse the entire resulting damage. In the event that damage occurs in the apartment or apartment complex, the guest must immediately notify the reception. All users of the apartment guarantee the reimbursement of the costs of any damage.
FIRE
In case of fire, call the reception and follow the evacuation plan. Fire regulations and emergency exits are clearly marked. Guests are obliged to familiarise themselves with the location of fire extinguishers and fire regulations, and are obliged to follow the fire regulations and the instructions of the service provider or its staff. In case of deliberate triggering of the fire alarm when there is no reason for it, or if the alarm is triggered due to smoking or improper/negligent use of heating devices, the guest will be charged the cost of fire intervention.
DEPARTURE AND CHECKOUT
Your apartment is available to you until 10 am on the day of departure. If you would like to extend your stay or leave your luggage with us, please inform the reception staff in advance. If you leave the apartment after 10 am, we will have to charge you according to the valid price list.
LOST OR FOUND ITEMS
Everyone sometimes forgets their favorite sweater or gloves when leaving. Our housekeeping staff will list your forgotten things and put them away safely. Call the front desk if you have forgotten something, and we will send you the forgotten item.

SUMMARY OF THE HOUSE RULES
Please familiarize yourself with all the requirements of our house rules. This is the only way we will all avoid inconveniences and ensure you have a pleasant stay with us.
- The apartment and the apartment complex are only available to guests registered at the reception. The apartment is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
- If you have visitors in your apartment or in the apartment complex, you must inform the reception.
- Pets are allowed and must be under the constant supervision of their owners. Their stay is charged according to the valid price list. If the pet causes any damage in the apartment or the complex, it is necessary to settle this damage when leaving the apartment, or transfer the value of the estimated damage to our bank account.
- Each apartment has allocated one parking slot. Residence Soča is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. Your visitors should park outside of the apartment complex.
- If you encounter any malfunctions in the room or have any comments about the room, please contact the reception immediately.
- Safes are located in all apartments, so lock your valuables in the safe. Residence Soča is not responsible for any misappropriation of your belongings.
- If you forget, lose or find something, inform the reception staff.
- Please protect the apartment inventory and equipment and treat them well. Do not move or take things out of the apartments. Remember that you are responsible for damage that occurs through your fault or the fault of the person for whom you are responsible. Any resulting damage will have to be settled. If during the final cleaning of the apartment after your departure, we find that Residence Soča property has been damaged or stolen, we will subsequently charge you for the cost of the resulting damage and notify you in writing.
- Smoking in the apartment or common closed areas is prohibited. In the case of smoking, we will charge a fine of €400.00 for the violation.
- Respect the night time silence, which applies between 10 pm and 7 am.
- The apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If you use the room for a longer time, we will charge you for each additional hour according to the current price list. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the reception.
- Residence Soča reserves the right to cancel the stay of guests who do not follow the written house rules and whose behaviour disturbs other guests. We will charge you for any intentional material damage. When the guest starts using the accommodation, it is considered that they are familiar with the house rules, and the obligations and conditions laid down therein. Complaints will only be taken into account if they were reported during the stay, later complaints retroactively will not be taken into account.
